FID (Flexible Instruction Day) Information
Flexible Instruction Days:
-
On a Flexible Instruction Day, students will engage in remote learning through scheduled Google Meet sessions with their teachers and complete assignments on Google Classroom. The day allows for flexibility in the learning environment, as students work from home following their regular daily schedule. The instruction and interaction take place virtually to ensure the continuity of education.
-
A Flexible Instruction Day (FID) aims to provide students with remote instruction at home, counted as a regular school day. This approach is activated during emergencies like snow days, striving to replicate the in-school experience for students despite the external challenges. The objective is to maintain the continuity of learning in a virtual environment.
-
All students should ensure they have their Chromebooks and charger at home.
