January 12 Family Update

At the meeting of the Board of School Directors on January 11, the Board affirmed their intentions to follow the recommendations from PDE and the PA DOH  to stay fully remote until Washington County's transmission rates drop from substantial to moderate for two consecutive weeks.  This means we will not resume in person instruction on January 21 as planned.  Of course, we will keep a close eye on the transmission rates as posted on the department's website each week in order to make a change when the circumstances change.  In the meantime, I thank you for the flexibility and support despite all of the uncertainty.
