Physical Dates
Physical Dates 2025-2026
Physicals are required prior to the first day of mandatory practice in any sport a student participates in during the 2025-2026 school year.
Physicals must be completed after June 1, 2025 in order to be valid for the 2025-2026 school year.
Athletes are required to have a completed pre-participation packet in order to get a physical.
Physicals will be given for athletics on the following dates in the High School Nurses Office:
FALL Sports Physicals
Fall sports physical will be given in the nurse's office on the following dates....

July 23rd From 9am-1pm
ALL Physicals will be held in the nurse's office.
All athletes will need a completed physical packet. Packets can be found at the link
Any athlete that participated in a fall sport will need a Section 8 (used to be section 7). This needs to be completed in the online FormReleaf.
Vo-tech students should have time to get a physical when they return to school.
Only students that plan on participating in a SPORT need a physical.
*** All physicals are active for 1 year.
