• Western Area Career & Technology Center

    Burgettstown is one of nine local school districts that send students to Western Area Career & Technology Center.  Burgettstown students who choose to attend Western Area CTC have their academic and required courses in the morning, and then go to Western Area CTC in the afternoon.  The program is for students in grades 10 - 12.  There, students can study one of the following fields:
      
    • Automation & Robotics Engineering Technology (formerly Mechatronics)
      Automotive Mechanics 
    • Carpentry
    • Collision Repair Technology
    • Cosmetology
    • Culinary Arts
    • Electrical Occupations
    • Emergency & Protective Services
    • Health Assistant
    • Heating & Air Conditioning
    • Machine Shop
    • Networking
    • Masonry
    • Welding
    • Cooperative Education
