3. Please fill out your Popped Envy order form by adding the following information on the front and back.

Seller's Name: Your first and last name
Seller's Phone: The number you will pick up most often
Seller's Room: Your homeroom teacher's last name
 
At the bottom of the form, please write: Make checks payable to Burgettstown NHS
 
The Popped Envy fundraiser will last until January 2. This will allow you to get orders from family members during the holidays.

Ask your teachers, coaches, and other staff members. Nearly all adults will support fundraisers, but you have to ASK and ask early!
